Antara is one of a few yachts that due to her exceptionally graceful lines and Perini Navi's ability to combine luxury, technology and performance, remains in the forefront of the yachting world. A distinguished yacht, throughout her life, Antara has always been generously maintained to the highest standards.
Recently completed in Oct 2011 her extensive 20 year American Bureau of Shipping Survey, extensive mechanical maintenance and some interior and exterior soft good updates. In 2005 and 2007 she had major mechanical refits; When her new owners purchased her in 2005 she received many upgrades to both mechanics and decor.
Her guest spaces both interior and exterior were completely refurbished right down to every single fitting changed or chromed to create a more contemporary look. New furniture, mattresses, upholstery, varnish and decor. A new italian marble top bar in the Dining Salon is the perfect place for an aperitif. Her Exercise Area in the Master includes a Spin bike and weights. She also has all new sails (2011) including an MPS (2007), an extended flybridge featuring a large jacuzzi, sun cushions for lounging and a gas barbecue. A swim platform was installed which extends from the transom to facilitate easy entry to the sea for swimming or access to the tender. A fresh water shower is available at the platform. Antara's underwater lights create a soft glow in the blue seawater at night all around the yacht. A "state-of- the-art Kaleidescape Audio Visual system has been installed with large flat screen viewing in the Main Salon and in the Aft Cockpit. An "always on" VSat (satellite communication system) allows for fast internet access via wi fi throughout the yacht.
Antara will accommodate 8-10 charter guests in 4 staterooms. Her long term Captain and crew are professional and provide excellent luxury service.
