DEPENDANCE and Studio

The Dependance was historically the principle support building for Villa Boccella and all it’s agricultural activities. Now it is still used as a support building for the Villa with large cooking groups, weddings, leadership groups and much more. It sleeps up to 21 in 8 bedrooms. The Dependance can be hired with the Studio or on its own. It is often let with the use of the large studio, ideal for yoga, art groups, discos etc. The studio has an overhead projector with seating for 60 and 2 WC’s. The Studio room can also be hired out on a daily basis.

Ground Floor consists of:

Fully equipped cooks kitchen designed by Barthel of Florence.

Dining/ sitting room seating up to 50. Large French windows opening out onto the south-facing terrace.

Single bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Pantry with large fridge and storage area.

3 WC’s

Separate double bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bathroom.

First Floor consists of:

Bedroom 3 – 4 single beds (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5 – 2 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 6 – 3 singles or 1 double with en suite.

Bedroom 7 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 8 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

Outdoor Space:

Seating area with tables and chairs facing south decorated with potted lemon trees and potted Camellias.

Outside the kitchen is a table and umbrella for al fresco dining or food preparation.

The path to the studio which is 50 metres from the Dependance.

Air-conditioned bedrooms in the Dependance.

Intercom access directly through to the Estate Manager.

Useful ground floor double bedroom.

Other Details Studio:

The studio/ conference room is one of the restored listed agricultural buildings, the lower floor houses the oil and wine storage produced on the estate, the first floor is now one large room, with door windows on either side with seating for 60.
